Product Review: bareMinerals

bareMinerals Matte Foundation $28
Bare Escentuals, has been popping up everywhere lately. In May’s In-Style they were ranked as one of the best foundations. I use bareMinerals Matte mineral powder foundation almost everyday (or every time I put on makeup). It provides flawless, full face coverage without leaving you’re face feeling greasy or clogged.
An added benefit is that the power foundation is made with minerals (duh) it has a built in natural SPF of 15. Thus, applying this over a daily moisturizer that contains SPF only intensifies your sun protection!
Bare Escentuals, has great bareMineral starting kits, that contain makeup brushes, two colors of their original foundation, a light mineral veil for a subtle glow, and a bronzer. These kits start at $60, and with seven color packages to chose from, you’re sure to find one that fits your color scheme!
bareMinerals Starting Kit $60
If you’re not looking to spend $60 on a whole set, the bareMinerals Matte foundation is worth the $28 splurge. Becasue the powder blends so easily, a little goes a long way. My friends love it, and I had my first foundation for nearly a full year!
You can find the full Bare Escentuals line on their website, or check out Ulta, or your nearest Sephora.
